From February 2014- Current!This young lady has changed her body all over! She has gained strength, endurance, and overall health in this fitness program. Sha started out in a size 16 and was not comfortable with her weight. She was in search of a program that was individualized for her own success. Sha is now currently in a size 12 comfortably. She is very persistent and weight train with me 3 days a week. She started out with 2 days and has amazingly outgrown that and wanted more. Sha also takes the initiative and does cardio on days that she is not with me and weights as well. I am most proud of her success.
