Melanie started on 2/24/2014 in search of not just a weight loss get quick fad. She was looking to gain a forever lifestyle change. In 4 weeks she went from 149 lbs. to 133lbs and now currently she is at her goal weight of 130lbs. This young lady has changed her life she does weights with me 2 days a week and she also takes the initiative to go on her own a day. Melanie participates in cardio inside and outside of the gym and she follows a good nutritional regimen. I am very proud of what she has gained in such a short amount of time. Great Job !
