Veronica started on her journey and has not stopped. She has gained muscle mass, lost weight , and learned much discipline in her training. Veronica trains 3-4 days a week with weights, and she does cardio as well. She has made this a lifestyle change and is not done with her journey of fitness. Veronica plans to have a even bigger goal to attain each year that she continues.
